CalcTheJob is a small independent website, not a support desk. We read every message and aim to reply within 3 business days. Clear messages with the details below get answered faster.

What to include

A result looks wrong: the calculator’s page link, the exact values you entered, the result you got, and what you expected (and why — for example the figure printed on a product label).
A bug: what you did, what happened instead, and your browser and device.
A calculator request: the project you’re planning and the quantity you need to work out.
Business or partnership enquiries: who you are and what you would like to discuss.

Please do not send passwords, payment details or other sensitive personal information by email.

We can’t give project-specific professional advice

Our calculators produce estimates for planning. We can’t review plans, approve structural details or confirm code compliance for your project — for that, contact your local building department or a licensed contractor or engineer.

Corrections

If you spot an error in a formula, a figure or an article, tell us. We review every report and update the page (and its date) when a correction is needed.
